My interview this morning went well, but they asked some really hard questions. I was kind of surprised. There were lots of scenarios and Kentucky specific things that I had to figure out. Many of the Kentucky specific things were similar to Texas or North Carolina things. actually made me think... who would dare? For instance, they asked if I knew what Junior Great Books were... I knew, but could not think of Padeia Seminars as what they could be used for. Most of the other stuff I knew. But they made me answer questions like "What would your teaching team say about you?", "What kinds of problems do people come to you with?" and "How do you build relationships with people?" Craziness I tell you! Craziness!
Overall I think it went well. Guess we'll see. Mrs. Brown said she'd contact me by Monday. I guess that means either today or ???
