Brothers, Sisters, and School

Today we sadly had to watch Blake make his way back to Georgia. I must say that I have not laughed as hard as I did the last few days in a while. My stomach literally ached at many points over various topics. On Sunday after church we attempted the Goetta Festival, but were rained out. Last night we went to the Florence Freedom game. Otherwise we just ate a lot, played with the puppies, and went to the mall. It's so nice to see family! We had an awesome time and I miss "brother" already.

Tomorrow my sister, Amy, comes to visit. She is staying until Sunday. Again, I'm not sure what the next few days hold, but know it will be nice to be with her again. We have not spent such an extended amount of time together in a LONG time!

So until then I am working on my Weather and Space Unit for school. The unit itself is officially planned, but I still have some kinks to work out as well as materials to obtain. So that's where I'll be for the remainder of the night, until my pillow calls my name; sitting in front of this computer planning.

I'm glad you had a wonderful time with Brother. I hope you have an equally wonderful time with your sister.

Good luck with your school work. How is the name meaning thing going? And when will I see pictures?

Melissa, I just got done catching up with what has been going on. Sounds like yall are doing great. We do miss seeing yall here but are happy to ehar you are liking the new location. With all the hiking yall do, you might want to check out a hobby we do called Geocaching. You can read more at www.geocaching.com. It is basically treasure hunting with a hand held GPS.

We tried geocaching but didn't have much luck here. It might have been our cheap gps that was the problem. :(
