The Beginnings of a Merry Christmas!

On Saturday my friend Kelly and I hung out around the Florence area shopping. It was so much fun. Our day started at Panera Bread and continued for most of the day. I didn't do too much shopping since most of mine is finished, but she accomplished much. I just love spending time with this dear friend!

It's truly amazing when you look at the people that God puts into your life! I love how all of the friends I have made, growing up, through college, in Texas and now here, all have different, but special places in my heart. Some I don't talk to often and others are my life line. But none could ever replace any of them, new or old. I love my girls!

Last night Brent took me to LaComedia Dinner Theatre to see their rendition of White Christmas. I loved it! We had dinner before the show which consisted of a buffet including a huge variety of foods, finishing up with strawberry cheesecake. We sat with a random couple from Cincinnati that turned out to have a lot in common with us... through their children's experiences where they were active in Boy/Girl Scouts. They turned out to be lots of fun to talk to! The play itself was fabulous! I loved all the singing and, of course, tap dancing. It was a wonderful way to say "Merry Christmas!"
