Saturday Activities

This weekend has been really fun so far!

I spent time volunteering with my church yesterday morning cleaning house for a lady with EIGHT children whose husband left her two weeks ago. The children are aged from toddlers to 17. Please keep them in your prayers! This sweet woman has more on her plate than I can imagine.

I also had fun getting to know some people from our church who I'd never met before. We hung out at SubStationII afterward for lunch. I found some people who like hiking, biking, and camping! Woo hoo!

Last night Brent and I went to a Columbus Crew soccer game. They played the Houston Dynamo. The Crew won 1-0. We had a great time! I'm still debating: orange or yellow? Who do I cheer for?

This afternoon we continue on our quest to look for a house. We have another list of 5 houses to explore. After these we will have been inside close to 20 houses and looked at dozens more online. We hope to find something soon! We don't have to move until the end of June, but that is coming sooner than one would think...

I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. The weather is beautiful up here, so I hope it is where you are at!

Orange, of course!! ;)

Sounds like you & Brent are really starting to fit in now. :) Enjoy your house-hunting today.

The weather is gorgeous here too. We had a frustrating day on the ballfield yesterday. Today we are just going to chill.
