This is the shelf of sand that was left behind after the storm on Wednesday night.
Rena was really tired after walking on the beach for 2 hours to watch the sun come up. We found some shells and a crab leg. She was going to keep the leg for school, but it started smelling really bad, so it got thrown away before we left.

So as you can see we had a great trip. For now I'm back to painting. Brent helped a lot on Monday and Tuesday, but he had to work today. Myra and Kelli are coming over in about 45 minutes to help today. I'm hoping we wipe it out by Friday so that carpet can be installed soon!

It's funny. Your beach pics are full of sunrise pictures. Mine are always full of sunSET pics. ;) No matter at what time of day, it's always gorgeous.

I'm glad you had a good trip, despite the "river." The sunrise pics are so awesome. I can't wait to see pics of the house! Hope you get all the painting done this week.
