We are calling it "Phase 1" because there is still a list of about 50 things that we want to do, but funds do not permit us to do it all at one time. We'll be renovating for the next few years, most likely!

Here's a short video of Wilson while trying to participate while Amy and Brent were going back and forth. The barking dog is not him, but the jealous one across the street. Wilson looked very happy once we went inside!
