We went a to a few different Alaskan Cities during our visit.
- Anchorage
This mountain was actually not in Anchorage, but on the Seward Highway on the way down to Whittier and Seward.
- Whittier (This is the longest man-made tunnel in North America. Otherwise, you' re not missing anything in Whittier!)
- Seward
This is a picture of some of the art work on the outside of the B&B we stayed in during our time in Seward. There were also other things cut out in the wood. Amazing!
- Exit Glacier at Kenai Fjord National Park (in Seward)
Brent was licking the glacier!
Yes, I was walking in glacier water with chacos on! It was FREEZING!
- Denali National Park
- Eagle River
- Back in Anchorage
Don't want to make them TOO long... you might get bored!
As a side note here's a house update: the carpet is finally arriving on Monday. Then we can move out of the basement. I shouldn't complain because we do have a place to live, but it has been a little crazy living in the basement for over a month now. I can't wait to get reoriented and reorganized! Hopefully by the end of next week we'll actually be living in our upstairs!

How beautiful! I've never been anywhere like that, but would love to see Alaska someday. My kids have never even seen mountains!
Stunningly gorgeous! It literally takes your breath away, doesn't it?
I'm loving your chacos! Do they have good arch support?
