I only have 7 more classes to go and I'll be finished with my Master's. The goal is to graduate summer 2011. This summer I am taking 3 classes: 2 in June and 1 in July. Though they are only 3 weeks long each, they are wearing me out! Part of my problem is that I'd rather spend one or two days working for hours and hours rather than doing a little each day. I don't know if this is smart or not, but I'm getting everything done so far. June classes will be finished on July 2.
In the fall I'm taking 2 classes, hoping to be finished with both when I go back to work from maternity leave. Brent is amazing and has offered to keep the baby while I go work undistracted at the library this fall. Honestly I just can't wait to be finished! I am enjoying the learning experiences but it will be nice to have it behind me. (And the pay raise will be a bonus too!)
I must admit that it is fun sitting here feeling the baby move while I stare at the laptop for hours on end. It seems to move the most when I'm typing really fast!
Speaking of the baby, it is doing well. We went to the doctor yesterday and he said I was measuring 33 cm; I should be between 31 and 32 if the number of centimeters match the number of weeks, which is 32 now. What's one centimeter though, right? The heartbeat was strong. Honestly my only complaint is little feet kicking me in the ribs. It's constant pressure when I'm sitting down. Otherwise everything is going great... and we only have 2 more months until we meet Baby Carney!

Whoooo hooo! Let the countdown begin!
Ah...those feet...so sweet when you finally get to see them, and they're not poking your organs anymore. Isaac had a thing for punching my hips with his fists--he wasn't too bad about kicking the ribs. I was so happy to get him out of my tummy, since he was overstaying his welcome (9 days late)...but I did miss feeling him move around my belly. That took a while to get used to.
oh yeah...I took the 5 year road to my Masters...lol...and of course I have that procrastination problem...so I'm sure you can get it done and over with by next summer!
