This afternoon we went to the doctor and will go every week until the baby is born from here on out. As of today's exam I am not dialated but 50% effaced. I am also measuring at 40 cm, which is about 4 cm larger than I should be right now. That means that we will go for an ultrasound next Thursday (7/29) so they can see the baby's size.
For some time I've had a feeling the baby was going to come early. We just keep telling it to wait until after August 1 so I can be finished with lesson plans and my July master's class. I pray my hopes line up with God's plan because thinking about the baby coming any earlier honestly makes me quite anxious. However, I know God has it all in His hands and the baby will come when He is ready for us to meet it.
Not much longer now...

HOW FUN! I know you're probably anxious, but I bet y'all can't WAIT to meet this little one. Oh, we're so excited for the two of you! Just remember Jeremiah 29:11. HE KNOWS! :)
