Favorite Things

These are a few of Oliver's favorite things these days:
Listening to music and laughing at the mobile on his play gym are ultimate favorites.
He's also starting "razzing" and blowing bubbles. It's adorable! .

Oliver is holding his head up really well these days.
It's still a little wobbly, but gets stronger every day.
He's starting to like Wilson more.
Notice the hat: Braves!

He does not enjoy tummy time, but he's starting lift up his head more.
Also notice his old man mullet. This is the best picture of his hair to date.
It's still hard to tell what color it will be. The mullet is red.
The majority of what is growing in is a light auburn.
Everything underneath is really light blonde.
Also his eyes are changing colors ever-so-slightly toward hazel.

Playing with Mom is lots of fun too!
Notice Wilson's new hang-out spot.
He sat there for about 10 minutes tonight.
I guess he needs attention too!
We realize more each day how blessed we are to have such an amazing baby! He's accustomed to his schedule, eating 5 times each day, and naps pretty well. He loves to be in the middle of things so quite often when he's not at home he skips naps. However he sleeps great at night (which we pray continues each night before we go to bed) for an average of 10 hours, which has been happening mostly for the last month or so.

I'm not sure if I shared before, but Oliver means peace, like an olive branch. During this Christmas season he's a constant reminder to me about where my peace must come from: Jesus. He's the one who provides for our every need and loves us no matter what. Jesus is the reason we celebrate!
