- His legs are so short that if it's not icy then he sinks down to to them of his them in snow.
- When it is icy he can't get his footing so he's slipping all over the place.
- Today is one of those instances where there is a layer of ice on top of the snow and when you step on it it cracks. That really seems to confuse him.
- It must be cold stepping in that with nothing on his little feet.
I guess I could be one of those (excuse me if I offend) dog-obsesssed people who buy him a sweater, but I don't know if that would help. What he really needs is a pair of hiking boots!

Poor Wilson...join the ranks of the dog obsessed, it's not so bad...Laura's family has provided our dog with an almost complete wardrobe :).
