Offer #3

So they say that the third time is a charm, right?

Well, Brent and I just finished meeting with Dan to make our THIRD offer on a house. It is a nice ranch with a finished basement that includes 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The back yard is beautiful! The drive is only about 20 minutes to work for each of us. When we went for a second viewing today we met the current owner, whose Mom is a police officer and did background checks of everyone in the neighborhood before her son moved in two years ago. Now that's protection! It's in move-in condition, which is good for us, though there are some updates that we'll probably do in time. Assuming that our offer is accepted, we'll move in at the end of June! I'll keep you posted on whether our offer is accepted or not...
