We will do a few minor updates (carpet and painting) before moving in the last weekend in June. We spent the afternoon at the bank writing up preliminary paperwork before heading to Max & Erma's to celebrate over dinner. The termite inspection is set for Friday morning and the house inspection will be on Sunday afternoon.
